- Products or services developed by Notarius which incorporate digital signature features.
- The operational verification of a holder's keys and certificates using only the functions for that purpose in Adobe Acrobat applications or utilities that Notarius distributes on its website.
- The operating systems that support the use of the cryptographic applications distributed by Notarius and described on its website or mentioned during the installation of the application.
Customer Service agents do not provide a telephone tutorial for the various functions of the cryptographic application distributed or designed by the department or another manufacturer. If there are particular needs in a specific area, the agent will transfer the request to the tutorial department.
